The services offered by SyloLab are digital and customized, including 3D dental design and online training.
Due to their nature, these services are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below.

1. 3D Dental Design Services

Our 3D designs are based on the files and instructions provided by the client.
Once the design process has started, no refund can be issued unless:

  • the final file has not yet been delivered, or
  • a proven error on SyloLab’s side (technical issue, unusable file) occurs.

In such cases, a credit or partial refund may be offered after case review.
Requests must be submitted in writing to contact[AT]sylolab.com within 7 days of purchase.

Processing Time: Refund or adjustment requests are reviewed within 10 business days.

2. Online Training

Our online courses provide access to on-demand digital content via a secure platform.
According to applicable consumer law, access to digital content cancels the right to withdrawal, except if:

  • less than 10% of the course has been viewed, and
  • the request is made within 14 days of purchase.

Requests must be sent to contact[AT]sylolab.com, and viewing data will be verified prior to approval.

3. Exceptional Circumstances & Cancellations

SyloLab reserves the right to cancel or postpone a service in the event of:

  • technical issues preventing delivery,
  • non-payment or ongoing dispute,
  • force majeure (server outage, network failure, natural disaster, etc.).

In such cases, the client will be notified, and a credit or rescheduled service will be proposed.

4. Client Responsibility

The client agrees to:

  • provide complete and valid files,
  • review and validate each design stage before delivery,
  • not share, resell, or distribute training materials without written consent.

SyloLab is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete data, inaccurate instructions, or misuse of the delivered file.

5. Refund Timeline and Method

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • within 14 business days,
  • using the same payment method as the original transaction.
